Job Description

The Jr. Account Executive will be responsible for Invoice entries, Invoice preparation,Preparation of E-Invoice and E-way bills.   Voucher entries and other accounts work.

Recordkeeping and processing payments of Vendors

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Checking, Verification of Bills Payable

• Preparation of Payment vouchers & accounting with proper narration on a daily basis

• Maintain a systematic filing system for invoices and related documents.

• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoice-related inquiries or discrepancies.

• Provide support during audits by preparing & organizing invoicing documentation as needed.

Education Qualification

Graduate / Post-graduate - Preferable from Commerce

Experience

Min 1 Years’ experience

Skills Required

Functional:

Tally, Accounting Software/ERP

Ariba Software

IT Skills:

MS Office (Advance Excel) 

Behavioral:

 Initiative taker

Good communication

Compensation
