About the job:
The Admin manager handles customer care, office administration, retail coordination, recruitment, hr, & bulk orders.
The job requires a sound understanding of customer service, excellent inter personal skill & understanding & handling of people. The AM interacts with numerous people on a daily basis & reports to top management so communication & excel skill is essential.
Responsibilities:
? Customer Support, Returns & Reviews
? Manages independently or supervises team of customer care executives to manage all customer support activities of the company.
? Gets trained & understands company’s brand overview, products, innovations sizing, customer care system, & returns management, in complete detail.
? Interacts with company’s customers through email, phone, facebook, instagram & other channels to solve customer queries.
? Manages customer return email & internal processes to ensure due process is followed, & returns are sent to customer in time & accurately.
? Ensures all customer queries are solved within SLA period & satisfactorily.
? Does customer calling for sales & offers as required.
? Calls or ensures calling to customers to get reviews for company’s products sold through ecommerce channels.
? Admin & Housekeeping
? Ensure proper reception & guest handling of the office.
? Supervises cleaning & maintenance agencies & ensures the office is maintained properly.
? Maintains appropriate reports for the same.
? Ensures all maintenance or repair work is done from time to time & all office furniture & fixtures are maintained as required
? HR & Recruitment
? Handles entire recruitment activity of the company.
? Job posting, shortlisting, data entry, & recruitment process handling.
? Coordinates with office boy, housekeeping staff & other office staff to ensure discipline & time is followed.
? Performs HR related activities, employee motivation & other performance enhancement activities activities.
? Retail Coordination
? Handles day to day operations & coordination of retail stores.
? Ensure reporting, discipline & systems are adhered to.
? Strives to increase employee & store performance.
? Content & Social Media (if required)
? Develops new content for the company’s blogs.
? Handles posting & creation of content on company’s social media independently or in coordination with agency.
? Other work
? Ticket booking.
? Representing company in trade events.
? Bulk customer handling.
? Any other coordination, process, data entry or customer interaction work given from time to time.
Reports to: Admin Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
? Experience & knowledge of customer care.
? Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
? Excellent written & spoken Hindi & English.
? Bachelor's Degree in any field.
? 1 year experience
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience of managing entire customer service department.
? Experience of recruitment & candidate screening.
? Experience of housekeeping & office admin.
