Job Description : 

The HR Manager handles Recruitment end to end process, Joining and Exit Formalities, Introduction & Induction, Training & Development, Bulk Hiring, Monthly HR MIS

Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

  • Handle entire recruitment activity of clerical, managerial, technical, and non-technical staff through portals, advertisements and recruitment agencies and Head Hunting

  • Onboarding of New Employees

  • Performance evaluation of new employees up to confirmation

  • Designing various skill tests for the assessment of candidates during recruitment and performance evaluation.

  • The position will require travel to our various branches for coordination of recruitment.

Skills Required

  • Good Command to handle various recruitment portals
  • Hands-on talent for Job Hunting
  • Good Contacts with recruitment agencies
  • Knowledge of various skill test and psychometric test
  • Good Communication Skills: Gujarati, Hindi, English

Computer Proficiency

  Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Age Limit

 Below 45 years, Preferably Male Candidate.

Compensation

Upto Rs 6.0 LPA pa
