Designation: General Manager-HR & Admin

Level: Senior Level

Vertical: HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN

Administrative & Functional Reporting: CMD

Job Description : The GM - HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR, HSE, Legal, and Administrative functions within the organization. He will be responsible for recruitment, formulating and implementing policies, ensuring compliance, maintaining industrial relations and other admin work.

Primary Responsibilities

HR & HSE Related:

  • Formulation of HR policies of branches and HO
  • Formulation of SOPs, KRAs.
  • Formulation of Performance Evaluation policies & appraisal
  • Management of timekeeping and Compensation & Payroll Management
  • Statutory compliances of HR.
  • Budgeting and Costing
  • Forming of HSE policy and ensuring proper implementation including management of Safety PPE.
  • Overseeing the Recruitment Division

Legal & IR Related:

  • Overseeing of legal issues of the Company
  • Liaison with various Government Authorities
  • Negotiation with Unions and Labour Contracts

Admin:

  • All Admin work of Corporate office
  • Insurance Management
  • Estate management
  • Secondary Responsibilities
  • Presenting MIS Reports
  • Developing Training & Development Modules
  • To work in co-ordination with other departments and to identify and address organizational needs

Skills Required

Functional:

·Well connected with recruitment & Background verification agencies

·Negotiation with Union & Contractor

·Conversant with Labour Laws

IT Skills:

 ·Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

·HR, Payroll and Recruitment Management  Software knowledge

·Knowledge of recruitment portals

Place of Posting: Ahmedabad

Qualification:  Master’s Degree in HR Compulsory

Relevant Experience:  Min 15 years of related experience in HR & Admin

Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati

Age: Between 40 to 55, Preferably Male Candidate.

Compensation: Upto Rs 18.0 LPA.
